Can I wash my Hollyhoodz?

Yes, you can wash your Hollyhoodz. To prevent shrinking we recommend washing your Hollyhoodz in cold water and hanging to dry.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of each Hollyhoodz we are unable to take any returns or exchanges.

What is your shipping policy?

From the date that your order is placed please allow approximately 10 working business days for design and customization to be completed. After your Hollyhoodz has been placed in the mail please allow 3 to 4 days for shipping. We can not be held responsible for any delays in shipping time due to the postal service.

Can I put my face on a Hollyhoodz?

Yes, we will create a custom Hollyhoodz with your face, a family members, or a friends only when being purchased in orders of 12 or more. For pricing and shipping details please contact Customer Service at customerservice@hollyhoodz.com

I live in the Twin Cities area. Can I pick up my hollyhoodz?

unfortunately  I am not able to have people come to my home to pick up their hollyhoodz.
